Start here: what exactly happened?
Install failures for the KhoindVN APK feel mysterious but they are almost always one of six things, and each has a specific fix. Work through them in order; most readers are done by fix two. If you have not installed before, our install guide shows the happy path these fixes return you to.
Fix 1: the download did not finish
Symptom: "Parse error" or "There was a problem parsing the package." Cause: the 13 KB file was cut short, often on flaky connections. Fix: delete the file, re-download from the download KhoindVN APK page, and confirm the size reads about 13 KB before opening it. A file of 0 KB or a few hundred bytes is not a file; it is a wish.
Fix 2: the install permission is off
Symptom: "Install blocked" or nothing happens when you tap the file. Cause: Android has not been told your browser may install apps. Fix: on the prompt, tap Settings and enable Allow from this source (Android 8+), or flip the Unknown sources switch in Settings, Security (Android 5-7). Then tap the APK again. Our safe sideloading guide explains why this gate exists.
Fix 3: a conflicting copy
Symptom: "App not installed" with no further detail. Cause: a previous KhoindVN build with a mismatched signature is still on the phone. Fix: uninstall every existing KhoindVN copy in Settings, Apps, then install fresh. Two copies cannot share the package name.
Fix 4: no room at the inn
Symptom: "Insufficient storage" on a 13 KB app, which feels insulting. Cause: Android needs working space beyond the file size to unpack and verify. Fix: free 100 MB or so by clearing a cache or two; the install then proceeds normally.
Fix 5: blank page after a successful install
Symptom: the app installs but opens to emptiness. Cause: no connection, or an ancient System WebView on old phones. Fix: check data or Wi-Fi first, then update Android System WebView from the Play Store. Full details in old Android notes.
Fix 6: Play Protect intervenes
Symptom: Play Protect blocks the install with a warning. Cause: it flags all sideloaded apps by policy. Fix: tap More details, then Install anyway, but only for the file from our download page, the one we tested. Never tap through this warning for a file from an untrusted source.
